Now, as the spinning wheel rotates, it also makes the pulley to rotate and this pulley now make the gear box mechanism to work. Now as this gearbox is active, this makes the motor' shaft to move. And thus, electricity is produced. In other words the water turbine converts the potential energy of the water into kinetic energy of electricity...
