Potassium permanganate Impregnated Alumina is a spherical activated alumina impregnated with 8% potassium permanganate. It is ideal for applications where activated carbon is ineffective like the adsorption of polar or lower molecular weight compounds. It is highly porous material. This material can have a surface area significantly over 200squre metres/g high quality high crush strength power which limits dusting. MM-1000 is a pelletised activated alumina impregnated with potassium permanganate.

Bilge cleaner plays very important role in engine work station area as well as during tank cleaning operations. Chemically it is formulated to soften the bond between oil containing deposits and increasing affinity towards water molecules, which is resulting oil cleaning operations by bilge clean. The most important feature of bilge cleaner starts after cleaning of oil from surfaces into the water solution. Bilge cleaner separates oil from water solution clearly in two phases, from where oil can be separated out.  In this way bilge cleaner can be classified as degreaser cum oil separator.
